Midlands Youth is looking at collaborative back office services as part of the work of G:XL and would like to invite you along to the following two meetings to discuss how savings can be made from back office services.

• Thursday 15th July from 11.00am – 12.30pm
  Nigel Crockford from TSG computing services will be looking at ICT shared services  and savings that can be made on hardware and software purchases.
• Wednesday 4th August from 11.00am – 12.30pm 
  Paula Wilson of the Community Accountancy Service will help explore the savings that can be made by outsourcing Pay roll, book keeping, accountancy services and independent examination etc.
