WCAVA aims to support the Voluntary and Community Sector in Warwickshire by circulating news, funding information, community events, training etc to our members on regular basis. One cost effective way for us to do this is via our weekly E-Grapevine.

The E-grapevine is circulated to nearly 1600 addresses, providing you with a great opportunity to promote your services and events across the county free of charge.  If you would like to submit information to E-Grapevine, please take note of the following:-

• The Marketing and Communication Team undertake to produce between 40 – 45 issues per year.  Publication breaks will be highlighted in relevant issues.
• Information provided is to be as brief as possible, (no more than 100 words) however please ensure that full contact details are included  - this will ensure that more detailed information can be accessed easily.
• E-grapevine is sent out on the Thursday of each week. 
• The weekly article deadline is Wednesday 12.00noon. 
• If the information is received after that time, we cannot guarantee that it will be included immediately – it is more likely that the information will be included in the following week.
• When submitting information, please note that it is your responsibility to check it’s authenticity.  It is also your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is for general knowledge/use.  Once the Marketing and Communication Team receives this information they will assume that this has been clarified and the information will be published.
• WCAVA reserves the right to edit any information submitted for e-grapevine.
• WCAVA also reserves the right to decide what information will be included.
• Please state clearly if you wish your information to be included on the WCAVA  website.
