Nuneaton and Bedworth CAN - Health and Wellbeing

on Thursday 7th Dec, 2017 at 1:30pm
Community Action Network (CAN) meetings provide a regular opportunity for community groups and voluntary organisations locally to meet, inform and support one another, they also give you the opportunity to collectively 'have your say' and help to shape and influence local decision making.

Thursday, 7th December 2017, 1.30pm - 4.30pm, The Newtown Centre, Newtown Road, Nuneaton CV11 4HG

The final Nuneaton and Bedworth Community Action Network meeting of 2017 will have a health theme. We will be officially launching ConnectWell in Nuneaton and Bedworth, and the CAN will be the place to find out all about our new social prescribing service. We have a great, packed agenda, with a range of information, case studies, services and support available to you and your members and beneficiaries.

Every organisation in some way supports the health and wellbeing of local residents, so this meeting will certainly prove to be useful and relevant for everyone, no matter how large or small your organisation is, whether you are a volunteer, board member or are a paid worker.
We look forward to seeing you there.

Parking - there is limited parking at the Newtown Centre, so it is recommended that you use the pay and display car parks on Harefield Road and opposite Dunelm which are within easy walking distance. If you have a disability and require a space at the venue, please notify us and we will allocate you a parking space at the centre.

If you have anything you would like raised by any of our speakers, or additional information on, please contact us beforehand: Scott Harrison, Funding and Groups Development Officer on 024 7638 5765 or email: scott@wcava.org.uk
