Warwickshire CAVA’s Community Action Networks provide an opportunity for voluntary and community and not for profit organisations to stay informed about relevant local and national issues and to share good practice.

Wednesday, 25th October 2017, 9.45am - 1.30pm, Café Lomas - Health and Wellbeing Information Centre, Stratford Hospital, Arden Steet, Stratford Upon Avon CV37 6NX

Come and see the new Health and Wellbeing Information Centre and Café Lomas at Stratford Hospital and learn about new health and wellbeing initiatives. You will hear updates about:

  • ‘Out of Hospital Project’ from South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group
  • The new CAMHS ( 0-25 years Children and Young People’s Emotional and Wellbeing and Mental Health Service)
  • Dementia support services – Warwickshire County Council
  • Public Health update

You will have the opportunity to share information about local initiatives and network over lunch.
