The Future Jobs Fund is looking for more suitable jobs to offer their young unemployed people. All young people reaching 6 months unemployment  are now eligible for Future Jobs Fund and if the jobs are not taken up by a young person within the space of 4 weeks the job will automatically be referred to someone over 24.
