Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (the mental health trust) are holding a World Mental Health Day event in line with ‘Time to Get Moving Week’. The day is set up to raise awareness of mental health among other things and is a great opportunity for organisations to promote the services and provision that they offer and advocate the role of various forms of physical activity for mental health benefits.
