Warwickshire Compact, on behalf of the Commission for the Compact, is holding a workshop to gain views on how public sector partners monitor contracts and grants.  Some questions to be covered incl: Are the performance management systems appropriate for the size of the contract? Are they unduly bureaucratic?  Are they outcomes-focused?

There will be two workshops, one for the voluntary sector and one for the statutory sector, on Monday January 18th, at the Sydni Centre, Cottage Square, Sydenham, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire,CV31 1PT.   If you are from the voluntary sector, your arrival time will be 11am, with lunch and networking included, departing at 1.30pm.  If you are from the public sector, your arrival time will be 12.30pm, with lunch and networking included.
