The Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) is asking people from all walks of life to answer 4 questions via an on-line survey to collect views on the natural environment.  They are particularly wanting to hear from grassroots groups as well as Local Authorities and will be using peoples thoughts an ideas to form a White Paper on the natural environment.
