Warwickshire CAVA has launched its 2nd State of the Sector survey. The survey will be circulated to over 2,000 voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations across the county and we need to hear from you.
The survey explores key areas such as workforce, income, expenditure and volunteering, and will become a valuable resource for the voluntary and community sector. The survey is run by Warwickshire CAVA every two years, and provides you with an opportunity to tell us about their organisation and the work that they do.
The survey can be completed online at: https://goo.gl/forms/kLrRVg3w0eAHsg8C3 or paper copies can be obtained by calling 024 7638 5765.
The closing date for completed State of the Sector Survey is Friday, 30th June 2017, and all organisations that respond will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win £250 of Warwickshire CAVA training.
Warwickshire CAVA use the findings to inform local government, funders and the public of the scale and impact of the sector. In addition, findings from previous surveys have proved invaluable to individual organisations for a range of activities including lobbying and fundraising. On the importance of the State of the Sector survey, Paul Tolley, Chief Executive of Warwickshire CAVA said:
“State of the Sector reports provide the best information available into the health and wellbeing of voluntary action in Warwickshire, giving a great overview of the diversity of what community and voluntary organisations, faith groups, charities and social enterprises are achieving every day. I’d urge every group to make sure you contribute as we want to capture your impact on life in Warwickshire”.
To find out more about the State of the Sector survey, or if you have not received an invitation to complete the survey please contact Alison Thompson on 024 7638 5765 or email: email@example.com.
Your responses will remain completely confidential and anonymous. Personal information will not be shared with any other party. It should take around 20 minutes to complete the survey, it is fine to provide estimates if you don’t have the exact figures. We are keen that as many organisations as possible take part in the survey, no matter how large or small, please spare the time to help with this important piece of research. Warwickshire CAVA will share the outcomes of the research by October 2017.
Many thanks for your help and support.
