Warwickshire Community and Voluntary Action are recruiting for a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our ConnectWELL Team.
ConnectWELL is a free service to help people improve their general health and wellbeing their way. It uses non-medical sources of community support, ConnectWELL offers the chance to find out about activities that can improve health and wellbeing, including: advice and information services, community groups, leisure activities, lunch clubs, self-help groups, specialist interest groups, sporting activities, and lots more.
Salary: NJC Scale point 22 currently £20,661 pro rata
Hours: 14 hours per week

The ConnectWELL Wellbeing Coordinator will be the main contact for referrals to ConnectWELL.
The successful candidate must have work experience of working with people with support needs, managing client caseloads and interviewing techniques including face to face and on the telephone. You will have knowledge and an understanding of the value base of volunteering, knowledge of volunteering best practice and excellent communication skills – must be able to relate to people at all levels i.e clients, statutory and voluntary organisations.
This post will be based in Rugby and in the first instance is on a fixed term contract until 31st July 2018.
