The aim of the workshop is to help trustees to understand their legal responsibilities and their overall role in the management of an organisation. The session will suggest ways in which good governance practice can be used within their own organisations and participants will leave with practical tools and ideas to use. There will also be a session on Finance for the Fearful which will be of particular use to Treasures |
