Voluntary Action Stratford on Avon, Warwickshire County Council and Stratford District Council are inviting local community and voluntary groups and clubs to discuss the Big Society and its effect on the lives of people in Stratford.
 
Guest Speaker Nadhim Zahawi MP will talk about the Government’s ambitions and plans to create a more vibrant and sustainable community and Cllr Stephen Gray, Leader of Stratford on Avon District Council, will speak about the value of the partnership between the District Council and the local voluntary and community sector.
 
Other speakers will include local community groups, Warwickshire County Council, and VASA’s Community Development Officer, who will talk about funding, grants and opportunities for voluntary sector partnership work.
