Aims:	To help Third Sector Organisations develop their understanding of procurement processes, and how to compete for Council Business

Objectives:
	To explain The Councils own procurement rules (Contract standing Orders) The different processes that apply to letting contracts, depending upon their total value Which contracts are subject to European union rules and (briefly) what those rules are The Pre Qualification Questionnaire Invitations to Tender Evaluation criteria and scoring mechanisms
