A free two day training course aimed at development workers working in the voluntary and community sector.
Are you a development worker that wants to support collaborative working amongst your frontline groups? The Collaboration Benefits Programme led by Bassac is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to improve collaborative working amongst the organizations that you work with and support. Collaboration can help strengthen all parties and is especially important during times of recession.
The 2-day training sessions will help you get a better understanding of:
- Good practice in facilitation and enabling collaborative working
- The benefits and challenges of collaborative working
- Critical success factors involved in collaborative working
- The policy context which is driving collaborative working
This training will be led by Jane Holdsworth from SPAN (Sustainable Partnership Action Network) in partnership with WCAVA.
