WCC Learning and Development Service would like to invite you to the first of a series of FREE, two half day conferences. The theme of the Conference will be the role of the social care workforce in supporting individuals, families and carers with End of Life Care and also the work that is currently being undertaken within Warwickshire and other areas in the West Midlands in relation to learning and development. Lunch is included.
