Young People in Rural North Warwickshire Organise a Table Top Fundraising Event

Saturday 10th November 2012 in Hurley Village Hall between 12pm and 2.30pm.
As part of their on going fundraising event for their project, young people from Hurley, Piccadilly and Wood End are holding another table top sale. All proceeds will go towards their youth group, The Three Villages Youth Project.

The Table Top Sale is going to take place on Saturday 10th November 2012 in Hurley Village Hall between 12pm and 2.30pm. Each table costs just £5. Table bookings can be made by phoning Kirsty Lowrie from Warwickshire Community and Voluntary Action on 01827 718080 / 07778218525 or by emailing kirsty@wcava.org.uk

This is a fantastic opportunity for members of each community to donate unnecessary items that clutter up space in the house, and make extra cash. The young people will also be making refreshments for the stall holders and visitors to purchase.

Tamar Dickens, a volunteer youth worker for the three villages said, ‘‘The table top sale is a fundraising event that will help bring the community together, while raising money for the youth project and a chance for community members to raise additional money for themselves’’.
