Well it is a hugely exciting time here at Warwickshire CAVA, a lot of change and a vast amount of activity. Our brand new website has just launched along with our new brand - we really do hope that you like it. We worked with 'Renaissance Creative' to get the look right and as a result have a much more fresh and vibrant brand in place. The website itself should be far easier to navigate going forward too with our aim being that every visitor to our site should be able to find what they are looking for within three clicks - try it for yourself and let us know how you get on.
2016/17 represents a seismic shift for us as an organisation with the tectonic plates sliding perfectly in to place. Over the coming six months you will see some fundamental changes made to improve the consistency of Infrastructure support across Warwickshire and making accessing support easier for you, our members. You will see our resources page fill up with refreshed and updated information available to you 24 hours a day, our new dedicated volunteering portal will launch finally putting an end to the clunky and duplicative Do It system previously used which meant having to register your opportunities multiple times if you were covering more than one District or Borough.
While I have your attention it is also worth getting the 31st October 2016 in to your diaries too, our AGM this year will be held within Warwick District as we rotate through the county and will see us return to the Gurdwara Sahib Leamington and Warwick - an excellent venue that we last used in 2012. Our AGM will be held in the morning and will conclude with a lunch provided by the Temple.
Please let us know what you think of the new brand, website, resources and our support as we develop even further over the coming year.
