BOSS Human Resources
Tarnya Brink from Sagegreen HR is an experienced HR consultant working with the charitable, voluntary, community sector organisations and SME’s. She offers support in all employment related activities, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, which includes writing employment contracts, handbooks, policies & procedures, developing and supporting HR strategies, resourcing, training, development and mentorship. Members will benefit from a complimentary phone consultation and competitive rates to members.
WEBBS Computer Services have provided IT support to CAVA since 2011. Over this time WEBBS and Warwickshire CAVA have built up a strong relationship after many successful IT projects as well as the regular maintenance that all organisations require. CAVA have actually been able to reduce their spending on IT whilst still increasing their use of technology. WEBBS provide support to other charity and voluntary organisations as they have a good understanding of the sector. Warwickshire CAVA members will benefit from reduced rates as well as a free consultation for potential customers.
Make Good Grow
Make Good Grow aim to get more people doing good in their community. They felt that volunteering didn’t always fit into people’s everyday lives and so we wanted to create an easy way for people to do something positive, without reducing the benefit to the community groups.
Make Good Grow offer a 60 minute call with an expert in area/problem you are having difficulty with. When you're scratching your head a little and need that bit of insight from someone who has been there and got the t-shirt. You can submit a request and they’ll match you with their team of experts.

A complete payroll service on a monthly basis via email to suit your organisation’s needs. Calculating all payments, providing payslips, PAYE and NI information, year-end reports and filing, SSP/SMP/SPP processing and dealing with HMRC on your behalf. The Inland Revenue are now charging for late payments. BOSS Payroll act as the agent for HM Revenue and Customs. The charge is £6.60 per person per payslip.
Shredex Midlands Ltd provides confidential paper shredding for businesses and organisations across Warwickshire. They offer on-site shredding for either a ' One-Off ' office clear out, using Shredex sacks & ties (supplied free of charge), or if volumes are higher a regular service, where lockable cabinets or bins can be provided, is available. Shredex have a minimum charge of £40.00 + VAT for a shredding call which normally covers the shredding of up to 10x Shredex sacks, however for Warwickshire CAVA associates they will increase this to 12x sacks for the same charge.
