WEBBS Computer Services have provided IT support to CAVA since 2011. Over this time WEBBS and Warwickshire CAVA have built up a strong relationship after many successful IT projects as well as the regular maintenance that all organisations require. CAVA have actually been able to reduce their spending on IT whilst still increasing their use of technology. WEBBS provide support to other charity and voluntary organisations as they have a good understanding of the sector. Calculating all payments, providing payslips, PAYE and NI information, year-end reports and filing, SSP/SMP/SPP processing and dealing with HMRC on your behalf. The Inland Revenue are now charging for late payments. BOSS Payroll act as the agent for HM Revenue and Customs. The charge is £6.60 per person per payslip.
Shredex Midlands Ltd provides confidential paper shredding for businesses and organisations across Warwickshire. They offer on-site shredding for either a ' One-Off ' office clear out, using Shredex sacks & ties (supplied free of charge), or if volumes are higher a regular service, where lockable cabinets or bins can be provided, is available. Shredex have a minimum charge of £40.00 + VAT for a shredding call which normally covers the shredding of up to 10x Shredex sacks, however for Warwickshire CAVA associates they will increase this to 12x sacks for the same charge.

The costs are guaranteed to meet or usually better what you are currently paying and due to the free calls between your site(s) and your workers with mobiles on the network, there are immediate savings to be made.
