ConnectWELL enables primary care and hospital services to refer patients with social, emotional or practical needs to a range of local, non-clinical services, often provided by the voluntary and community sector (VCS). This new Co-ordinating post will work with colleagues on the Ripple Project which specialises in supporting patients with respiratory illnesses.
Salary: NJC Scale 5 point 22 currently £20,456 pro rata
Hours: 14 hours per week
Duration: 12 month fixed term contract

We are looking for a person who has an interest in health and wellbeing with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate must have experience of working with people with support needs, managing client case loads and management & support of volunteers. Knowledge of understanding the value base of volunteering and volunteering best practice is essential for this role.
Flexibility to undertake occasional work out of normal office hours is essential. Use of own transport is essential as the post requires working out of Coventry and Rugby.
