VoiceAbility has worked closely with commissioners to mobilise the contract and refine the referral routes into the service. Both self-referrals and professional referrals into the service will be accepted.
Key points to note are as follows:
- Professional referrals for the Health Advocacy Service will be accepted via secure email address (e.g. .net or .gcsx), or via the telephone help-desk
- Self-referrals will be accepted for the Health Advocacy Service via the telephone help-desk or post
