The Survivors Trust (TST) is looking for an ambitious trainer/educator to join our Training Team. We’re recruiting for a Training Support Officer to work with the National Training and Development Manager and Training Co-ordinator to develop and increase TST’s capacity to deliver bespoke, accredited training. Jobshare will be considered for the right candidate and we’re looking for someone who is able to start sooner rather than later.
If you have experience of delivering training workshops or a teaching background, and think you can add value to our team, we want to hear from you. Experience of working in the sexual violence voluntary sector or understanding of the issues facing survivors of sexual violence is essential.
The role will include contributing to the development of training programmes and workshops, including marking coursework and test papers where needed. The successful candidate will be based primarily in Rugby, but will also work at locations in England and Wales and sometimes further afield.
We are increasingly offering training via webinars, so willingness to adapt to new technology is a must. We need someone with initiative and drive to promote TST’s training services and the skills and aptitudes to work as part of a collaborative team with the National Training and Development Manager and the Training Co-ordinator. Your work will be varied, always interesting and will challenge you to achieve your best.
