Reshaping the Warwickshire Domestic Abuse Accommodation and Support Service - Snap Survey.

Warwickshire County Council are in the process of redesigning the future Warwickshire Domestic Abuse Accommodation and Support Service and they are engaging with as many front line professionals as we can to understand and hear your thoughts.

The service currently provides the following aspects -

  • Refuge accommodation and resettlement support

  • Single point of contact and helpline - for professionals and members of the public

  • Independent Domestic violence Advocate (IDVA) support for Domestic Abuse (DA) victims-survivors

  • Outreach support for DA victims-survivors

  • Identification & Referral to Improve Safety Educators (IRIS) Service (GP based) - support for victims-survivors and professionals

  • Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) coordination

  • Sanctuary scheme (security measures for your own home)

  • DA awareness raising sessions and in-depth DA training for multi-agency professionals.
