FREE non-medical grade protective items - Rugby

FREE non-medical grade protective items for community groups and organisations in Rugby.

Warwickshire Community and Voluntary Action (WCAVA), Rugby Borough Council (RBC) and Warwickshire County Council (WCC) have a limited amount of non-medical grade protective items* which has kindly been donated from local Hospitals. Items available include single use face masks, plastic visors and disposable aprons.

Non-Medical grade personal protective equipment (PPE)

We would like to offer these items to community groups and voluntary organisations across Rugby to support you in the work you are doing. 

If you would benefit from any of these items please email by 5.00pm, Thursday 24th September 2020 with your requirements. Please include:  

  • Name of Organisation 

  • Amount of items needed and type  (masks come in Boxes of 50, visors 10, Aprons rolls of 100) 

  • What the items would be used for.

Please note stock is limited so you may not get your full request .

Collection of the items will be from a central Rugby location on a date to be confirmed  and you will be contacted to arrange a time slot once we have a confirmed list.  


Please be advised that these items should NOT be used as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as they currently do not meet the standards required to protect individuals from COVID-19.
