Warwickshire CAVA North Warwickshire are seeking an Assistant Youth Worker to support the delivery of the ‘3 villages Rural Youth Project’ which is a programme of youth work directed at young people aged 11-25 with a specific focus on those aged 13-19 in the areas of Hurley, Hartshill and Dordon.
The successful candidate must have work experience with young people in a paid or voluntary capacity, safeguarding issues and procedures and be able to develop positive working relationships with young people. You will also have an enthusiasm for working with young people and have good organisational skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and complete tasks on schedule.
Flexibility to undertake work out of normal hours and ability to travel throughout North Warwickshire are essential.
