Are you passionate about addressing health inequalities and improving health and wellbeing of people across Coventry and Warwickshire? Do you have an understanding of the relationships the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise Sector (VCFSE) have with various communities who may not be as engaged with health services or health and care research?
For this work, with secured funding from NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), we are seeking an organised individual with engagement, event delivery and administrative experiences to join the team. As the Project Officer for the REN, you will work across Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System (ICS), supporting Working Group Meetings, and ongoing support of volunteer Community Research Champions. Key Responsibilities for this role include engagement with VCFSEs, supporting a grant delivery programme, and the delivery of an in-person event for stakeholders.
This role provides the opportunity to support reduction of health inequality, linking expertise from the VCSE sector into the wider ICS. Working in a collaborative environment this role will increase opportunities and inclusivity for people to take part in health and care research.
