£32,500 per annum pro rata
30 hours per week
Maternity cover until 31st July 2024

Do you have experience of managing staff, volunteers and providing group development and funding advice?

We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our delivery in Warwick District, Rugby Borough and Stratford-on-Avon Districts in Warwickshire.  This exciting role requires excellent networking skills and high level of presentation skills. You will ensure the delivery of all work is in accordance with the requirements of the contractors.  Working with the team to establish relationships with emerging, new and existing voluntary organisations and community groups within their area to establish, improve sustainability, and demonstrate the impact of the Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector and volunteering within communities across Warwickshire

The successful candidate should have experience of managing staff, maintaining high quality data and production of monitoring reports. Also developing and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and partners including VCSE organisations, diverse communities, statutory agencies and businesses.

Ability to work within, support and manage a team of highly experienced staff and ensure good practice in the management of volunteers in accordance with the values and ethos of CAVA and able to work independently with limited supervision is essential for this role.
